Your overall situation will be analyzed, and possible defenses will be examined. You will receive a description of court procedures, and information on how to represent yourself if you do not wish to hire an attorney. DMV procedures will be described, along with information on how to obtain a hearing. You may also choose to take advantage of the special charting services offered by Mr. Jackson.
In many cases, the agreement for representation can be reached based on the telephone consultation. Most of the communication between the client and the attorney can be done by telephone and mail. A visit to the office may not be necessary. We are always available for an office conference upon request.
