DUI Attorney Do I need a DUI Attorney?

Yes! At the very least you should call to discuss your case. DUI and license suspension cases are very complex. It takes an experienced attorney who understands the science related to DUI cases to properly analyze your situation. If you have defenses, they will be explained...If you don't, we'll tell you so.

DUI defense Do I have to go to Court?

Not if you have an attorney in a misdemeanor case. If you have an attorney, he or she can make most court appearances on your behalf. You will not have to take time off from work, or appear in public on a DUI case. If you are not represented, however, you MUST appear in court.

DUI defense How long will the process take?

A typical DUI case is resolved in about 60 days. However, if there are pre-trial motions or a trial, the case will take much longer.

No. We provide free telephone consultation. After taking some information about your situation we will give you a preliminary evaluation of your case. If you decide to retain us, we will send you information and a retainer agreement. Of course, if you would like to meet Mr. Jackson, an appointment can be arranged at any of our three locations in Ventura, Santa Barbara or Thousand Oaks, CA. Evening appointments are also available.
